This dashboard features three databases: , and Settings . Let me walk you through these databases and show you how their preset automations and formulas work together to create powerful tracking features.
▶️Track
: When this button is clicked, a new entry related to the habit will be added to the database. The entry's Name, Date, and Status will automatically vary based on the habit's Target (x) and Time (min) settings. To learn more about how this button works, see the How to use section below.
Cycle & Target (x) & Time (min): These properties let you customize your habit tracking. You can set goals like twice per month, 60 minutes daily without specific times, or three 45-minute sessions per week—the choice is yours.
Completion: This formula property shows your habit's progress in the current cycle. The display format varies based on the habit's Cycle, Target (x), and Time (min). Check the table view below to see examples.
Streak: The Streak property is a specially crafted formula property that allows for weekly or monthly streaks, not just daily streaks, ensuring you don't lose motivation even with a more complex schedule.
Archive Date: The date when this habit will be archived (if applicable). Using filters in the Habit database view, archived habits can be hidden from the active list. This helps keep your main page organized by only displaying current relevant habits.
